Terms of Service

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Klonn.it, you agree to these terms. If you're using the platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

Klonn.it provides project and portfolio governance software, including planning, budget tracking, RACI management, workload visibility, and an optional AI assistant. Access is invitation-only — there is no public self-registration.

Your data

You retain ownership of all project, portfolio, and organizational data you enter into the platform. We process it only to provide and support the service, per our Privacy Policy.

The AI assistant

Where enabled, the AI assistant may propose changes to your data. No change is ever applied without explicit human validation from an authorized user. You are responsible for reviewing proposals before approving them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to bypass access controls, exfiltrate other organizations' data, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated where reasonably possible.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement per the commercial terms agreed at signup. On termination, your data will be made available for export for a reasonable period before deletion.
